Returns & Refund Policy for Tracksonbacks

Return Eligibility:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hesterjane33@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on hygiene items such as underwear, socks, or swimwear.

Return Process:

  • Email us your order number and photos if relevant.
  • Upon approval, we will provide a return address and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Partial refunds may apply for items damaged, used, or missing parts.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders not yet in production may be canceled fully with a refund.
  • Orders in production may only have shipping fees refunded upon cancellation.

Shipping Delays:

  • If your order shipping is delayed beyond estimated times (7-15 days for small orders; 16+ days for bulk orders) without your fault, we offer a refund of up to 10% of the order value as compensation
